i was sick of being sick; drugs & alcohol everyday no fail. i asked my parents to send me to rehab. i've been clean for just over two months now & clean feels so much better than dirty
Every Saturday (or thereabouts!) we'll post a writing prompt. (No, not on Sunday because then you can post your writing on Sunday!)
You create a piece of writing inspired by that writing prompt.
You post your writing on your blog and leave a comment here to let us know you have participated. (Please try to leave us the perma-link to the actual post if you can!)
We'll publish the links here for people to follow and read!
Need some suggestions?
You could try: a piece of timed writing, a poem, a story, a song, a piece of prose, a list - anything to get your pen moving!

sometimes, you have to help someone else come clean.
I have been cleaning up myself.
getting out of a painful situation makes me feel clean
getting random thoughts out of my head @ Sunday Scribbling each Sunday makes for clean space in my head for new thoughts...
Beautiful prompt for a rainy fall day. Thank you.

An old piece that came to mind as soon as I saw the prompt. Not exactly about clean, but then again...

What's your clean-identity. Cuz me and my husband certainly don't have the same one!
Umm clean.. good prompt :o)
First time using the Sunday Scribblings prompt (even if it is for a Monday story), and the phrase "clean slate" just jumped at me.
Oh dear I clicked twice, Will I ever get it right.
This topic was a perfect follow-up to something I wrote about earlier today!
Nice prompt, this one took me a while! I don't seem to have my writing head on today. lol
