#400 - Finale
Hello Scribblers,
Thank you for 400 weeks of writing!
When Laini and I started Sunday Scribblings in March of 2006, it was to encourage both of us to write. There weren't very many other writing prompt blogs at that time and we wanted to do something to inspire other people as well. In the days before Mr. Linky we would link all of the responses by hand! I never dreamed that 400 weeks later, I'd still be writing prompts.
That being said, this will be the final Sunday Scribblings prompt. I know that there are a group of you who have been with the site for a long time, and I would like to express my deepest gratitude for all of the time you have spent 'Scribbling' with me.
The prompt for this week is: Finale.

Well it is sad to see Sunday Scribblings go - thank you for all the work and for giving others the opportunity to start writing..and keep writing..too..Jae
I love what you did here. I'm sorry I just only recently found you, but at least I did and at least I can go back and keep writing over the past hundreds of ideas you've given us.
Sad to see you go after such a long time. Thank you for the prompts and the site. Wishing you both a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year.
Sad to see you go. There was a relaxed approach here that other prompt sites would do well to emulate; and a small but dedicated readership that often gave my stories more attention than much larger sites. Now I have to figure out what to post for my finale.

I admit it. I procrastinated this one like crazy because I just did not want it to be over. But here it is. I did it. All of the prompts, filled.
Thank you for so much inspiration over the years! I will return for continued inspiration and miss the updates!
I so loved coming here each week. haven't blogged in a long time but if not for you It would have been even Less often. I think I have you to thank too for all the wonderful friendships that blogging brought to me. we all met right here! best wishes always girls! xo

so sad to see this has to end up. I used to do prompts from this blog around 2007-2008 when I started blogging. it always amazed me how you've been keeping going on.
I can't believe you have to stop...
sorry to see this go - I have not been around lately but it played a huge part in my writing. I wish you every success in your writing. Thank you for providing a place for fledgling writers to come play and make friends.
