#298 - Health

Hello all!

The prompt this week is: Health.

And if you are celebrating this week, happy holidays to you.

P.S. Some of you might have noticed that we are getting very close to THREE HUNDRED prompts! I'm hoping that an old friend will come back and provide a prompt when we get there.  Hitting three hundred at the beginning of a new year seems pretty fitting doesn't it?

It took me a few days to get a clear enough head to think on it. The 24 runes of the Elder Futhark, and how they relate to "Health". "Three Different Ways", linked above.

This is really more effective for life span take on the concept. I never thought of it that way. I came across this site recently which I think will be of great use http://www.thegrowthflex.com/ Have a look!
