#36 - "In the last hour..."
Use this prompt as the beginning of a piece of writing. It can be fiction or fact. You could start right now and write about the last hour or wait until you've come back from a very interesting hour. You could make up what would have been a wonderful hour, or tell us the truth about the ordinary moments in your life. It could be the last hour of someone's life or even the last hour before someone's life began. Do with it what you will.

Some of those people no longer participate, some still do, and there are people who come every week who are still not there. As Laini mentioned a few weeks ago, we are currently in the process of creating a brand-new Sunday Scribblings site!! Once upon a time in college, I thought I could write fiction. I came away with a full understanding that I could never make a living at it. I have played with so many of the Sunday Scribbling prompts wondering how I might write them effectively as fiction and have drawn a complete blank on all previously.
This is the closest I have come and it is not actually a short story; but it might someday be kneaded and nutured into something.
