anticipating a busy saturday... I've posted earlier than I ever have! Hope you'll pop in on me! I'll pop back to u on sunday. Happy weekend scribblers :)
What a LOVELY idea to prompt people to write! Oft times I fall flat and don't write for several weeks.. EEK! Then I come across some music or someone's art of maybe just a line from someone's poem. Ahh all these delicate muses available to us.. prompting us.
A quote of mine that I use most often to describe my feelings about all of this:
"Hold me close dear angel, muster up a little tune, and rock me like a serpent, that rises to the moon."
Every Saturday (or thereabouts!) we'll post a writing prompt. (No, not on Sunday because then you can post your writing on Sunday!)
You create a piece of writing inspired by that writing prompt.
You post your writing on your blog and leave a comment here to let us know you have participated. (Please try to leave us the perma-link to the actual post if you can!)
We'll publish the links here for people to follow and read!
Need some suggestions?
You could try: a piece of timed writing, a poem, a story, a song, a piece of prose, a list - anything to get your pen moving!

Voulez-vous coucher...
First time participating!
I am so proud after being surprised by the realization that I have actually grown as a human being this last while. It's a good feeling. =)
Happy scribbling to all, and thanks for the inspiration.
(: love!

Focusing on hair, lots of hair.
(It saddens me that most people don't comment here, I find it a disregard for Laini and Megg's service to us)

PEACE
Thanks very much for inspiring my Bragging Rights haiku.
I'm a star!
Horn-blowing leaves me cold, unless it’s Herb Alpert’s “Blow Your Own Horn.” Here’s the quote turned into a tale instead.
I think that the number of people that participate is a huge compliment to Laini and Megg, even if many of us don't comment here.
But that's just my own opinion!
Many many thanks Laini and Megg!!
Used a modified Sestina Sonnet to brag!
This was a harder one for me, so I went to the expert: my husband. Hehe!
Not a problem. Took five hours to eliminate all my faults and had little else to choose from. :)
My link is messed up. Of course, it was me who messed it up! 6.BJ Roan is wrong. 49.BJ Roan is the correct link.
Hi!
I am new here. Thought I would give this Meme a try. My post is here:

This one was hard. It's not as easy to brag about onself as it would seem.
Sorry, I couldn't do this one. But I think it is important to write:

Thanks for the prompt, I posted at no 50 but left the permalink to another post, so I've re-entered again at no 66 Hope it's not too late...
that was a tough one, but good prompt.
Aloha!
