Me: Deep subject. There a three parts to Me (in order of priority):-Spirit-Mind-BodyEven after 45 years, I'm still getting to know each part. The days when I am most connected to my spiritual part (i.e., the days when I do something creative or movement for the body), are the days when I am most content and feel like ME.
