#222 - Me.

This one should be pretty easy!  After all, who knows you better than you? (Unless, of course you don't want to talk about you.) Your prompt is: me.

Me: Deep subject.

There a three parts to Me (in order of priority):

-Spirit
-Mind
-Body

Even after 45 years, I'm still getting to know each part. The days when I am most connected to my spiritual part (i.e., the days when I do something creative or movement for the body), are the days when I am most content and feel like ME.

I kind of think that I know me pretty well...I just realize that Normal is a setting on the washing machine, not something that applies to me.
