To Archna - couldn't post on your site - You have such a connection with the physical world around you..not being a nature knower I imagine you are describing a well-loved tree or plant..but it has wider meaning of course..how time with things we love is short and fades as quick as winter..beautiful and elemental..Jae
To Ena - I couldn't post on your page or find and email..hope you find this - What a shattering story..stark..raw..beautifully told..wounds don't decline it's true..but sometimes good people find you..and help..Jae
Nothing sweeter than a cooperative baby at a baptism, which as we all know, is fraught with danger of crying, pooping, and/or otherwise needing "special attention!"
Every Saturday (or thereabouts!) we'll post a writing prompt. (No, not on Sunday because then you can post your writing on Sunday!)
You create a piece of writing inspired by that writing prompt.
You post your writing on your blog and leave a comment here to let us know you have participated. (Please try to leave us the perma-link to the actual post if you can!)
We'll publish the links here for people to follow and read!
Need some suggestions?
You could try: a piece of timed writing, a poem, a story, a song, a piece of prose, a list - anything to get your pen moving!

Happy Sunday to all.
Thanks Megg for this week's prompt.
I've not been here in a while.
My entry is one I wrote a few months ago.
Can't wait to read the others.

Fun prompt idea. Thanks!
Fun fun fun!!! Come by and see my new art work :)
'Sweet' just isn't me normally - so you will have to put up with a Potty Poem.
Just some rambling thoughts today, but at least I finally made it back! Look forward to catching up with everyone else!
Birds sing sweetly in the morning :)
I wrote a chocolate limerick a week ago. Thanks!
Sweet gestures can make all the difference in the world.
broken candy, broken people.
on paper wings
fruit and flesh.
Wow, the price of putting a Sunday Scribblings for a day is getting bigger. 39? wow.

I ended up taking the story to a darker side and the opposite of sweet.

Thank you so much, Jae. I appreciate the feedback. I'm sorry the comment wouldn't go through... I'll check my settings :)
Nothing sweet here but perhaps in a flash of memory, but upon reflection sweet can be an illusion.
Something different on sweetness, something tritina! Hope you like it!
I wrote a second post for this prompt, this time something much brighter ;)
