Mine is different kind of late:book of myth or reality?
I love that many of the things I've written for Sunday Scribblings prompts are little offerings that might otherwise never have been written. And I continue to be grateful.Late
Thank-you for this prompt. I cried through my entire essay but thank-you!
I am getting there :)
I kinda managed to get from late to mary becoming pregnant with Jesus...Not sure how that happened!Anyway, scheduled post for Midnight (GMT) on Sunday!
Mine's up, but a word of caution: it is three posts in one, so if you want to read the whole thing, be my guest; if you don't want to look at photos and commentary, then just skip down to the 3rd section (I have subheadings in bold for your convenience). Thanks!
At this time of the year one feels one is running late all the time!
i am pretty new to sunday scribblings. posted 'i knew instantly' pretty late.. so just thought i'd post a brief "late" entry early :D though, it is a work in progress and i will probably finish it later....
Just for once I'm not late!
Now that I think about it, the prompt was just a word there in the middle. But at least it got me writing something ;)Merry Christmas all :)
This is an awesome idea! Thank you!
You may think you are late, but hey it is still not Sunday, so me thinks you are early or right on time. Late is fun. I could do a number of writings on 'late'. Still I will share what is going on for me now:http://miztlee.blogspot.com/2008/12/in-winters-presence.html
About one o my favourite subjects....
Being late is a sacred Sod's Law :PWhat else?
I used one I did over a year ago.
Mine is a poem this week.
I hope this story seems familiar
Is it lost in the mail?
And I was even late when it came to looking at the prompt - as well as late with everything else in this countdown period before Christmas. It's all fun, though, especially with good music playing in the background.
Please, don't let Santa be late...Maddie is already suspicious! I went ahead and put the baby Jesus in the manger...I don't want him to be late either.Merry Christmas all.bhttp://torristravels.blogspot.com/2008/12/sunday-scribblingslate.html
I did want to than Laini and Megg for providing us with a gather place. It is a blessing indeed.b
Quick little poem from me! Thanks for the inspiration!
Late for the party...
It's late in my life to look back again. but with the emotions running high this season, that is where the prompt led meI may decide to delete this in the morning.wishing all the scribblers and especially Laini and Meg a Peaceful, loving, Christmas.
finally, a bit late, lol, but there i am! :)
Late: Reminds me of a dear one who passed away recently.
Here's mine:http://thomg.blogspot.com/2008/12/sunday-scribblings-late.htmlIf you'd like another challenge, don't forget to stop by Three Word Wednesday for another great writer's prompt.
Sorry I haven't been around the last couple of months... but I am back.
According to Tammie Lee I’m not late. Murat11, you’re not late. It’s still Sunday in the USA.So, good. I found a photo awhile back that yanked at me hard. I used this SS prompt, “late,” as an opportunity to build a story around it. Ave Maria!
Lateness-*sigh* HUGE pet peeve of mine...
In case you are interested...here is the rest of the story.bhttp://torristravels.blogspot.com/2008/12/sunday-rambling-sunday-scribblingslate.html
It's never too late to remember.
Completely understandable and good prompt! I look forward to making the rounds this week to read.A Driving Force
Late :D How fitting thsi time!http://ibteda.wordpress.com/2008/12/22/late/
Being late feels like life or death to me.
Wat is wrote was the instant thot that came to my head when I read 'Late' So here goes...
I posted a poem on the Mumbai attack. It'll b great 2 have people reading it.
I wrote about something fairly mundane, but it really has me thinking of time, the concept of time, what if I lived somewhere else with less constraints on time... Thanks for the great prompt!
