I am not easily captivated, but some things do hold my attention. You can find out more by visiting my blog. I'd love to have you stop by! It would be captivating!
This is just my second post and appreciate the opportunity to just write...and to join a community of others interested in the same. My first two scribblings became journal entries of sorts...that's okay, I think, as there really are no "rules" here. :-) I like that you're helping create spaces where we can just write what comes to us without editing or other self criticisms that can often get in our way. Great site. So glad I found my way to you.
Every Saturday (or thereabouts!) we'll post a writing prompt. (No, not on Sunday because then you can post your writing on Sunday!)
You create a piece of writing inspired by that writing prompt.
You post your writing on your blog and leave a comment here to let us know you have participated. (Please try to leave us the perma-link to the actual post if you can!)
We'll publish the links here for people to follow and read!
Need some suggestions?
You could try: a piece of timed writing, a poem, a story, a song, a piece of prose, a list - anything to get your pen moving!
