Great prompt this week! I'm always surprised by where my poem ends up going when working on a prompt, and this week's ended up shocking me just a bit. Have a great week everyone!
Just 116 words this time. Many bowls of Cavendish were smoked to bring this post to fruition. (And I'm still not happy with it. ~shrugs~ ~laughs~) Three Different Ways, linked above.
Every Saturday (or thereabouts!) we'll post a writing prompt. (No, not on Sunday because then you can post your writing on Sunday!)
You create a piece of writing inspired by that writing prompt.
You post your writing on your blog and leave a comment here to let us know you have participated. (Please try to leave us the perma-link to the actual post if you can!)
We'll publish the links here for people to follow and read!
Need some suggestions?
You could try: a piece of timed writing, a poem, a story, a song, a piece of prose, a list - anything to get your pen moving!

It's always interesting when a new topic dredges up some old memories.
Definitely a fun challenge!
I sort of went anti-tribe; does that count?
I love this prompt! Thanks!
I wrote this about two years ago when I became pregnant for the fifth time. After four boys, we were greeted by a precious little girl.
