#96 - Foul
How about something a little gross? I have to admit that the inspiration for this prompt is my being in the room with a farting dog whose rump is aimed right at me, so you see what I mean by "foul." But you don't have to write about stink or other ickiness. How about foul humor? Foul play? A foul in sports? Or, you can really go for the gross. What is the foulest experience you've ever had? The foulest stench you've ever smelled? The foulest most black-hearted person you've ever known (characters in literature could work too)? Foulest job you can imagine?

After seeing the story of this atrocity on the news tonight and not having a suitable outlet to vent my rage, I sat down at the computer and found the perfect topic on Sunday Scribblings!! Thanks Meg and Laini!!
Not the easiest one for me, but i took a shot at it anyway. Constructive criticism welcome as long as you are gentle with me!

A very thought provoking prompt. But I managed to avoid that.

I wrote a couple of anecdotes tonight. True stories, or my interpretation of them. I don't have a big imagination when it comes to writing but your prompts trigger my memories.
It happened years ago, before I knew anything about child protective services, but every now and then I wonder what ever happened to him.
This prompt motivated me to revamp a poem I had written awhile back...thanks for reminding me to revisit it and change things around.
I had to go "afowl".
Shan't be joining in on this occasion but more than happy to read other people's offerings.
Cheers
It's been a while. Good to be back. I had fun with this one.
this was fun once I got going!
Is it Meg or Laini's dog that has the gas problem?
I KNOW what you're dealing with! :)
How I loved working on this prompt...
(I just realized I didn't link to the specific post up above... I often seem to forget to do that. UGH!)
Have a great Sunday!
Another excellent prompt!! Thanks so much. Foul is such a negative word -- but I'm always looking to find the positive!!
Thanks for the opportunities to express ourselvers
I was prompted to write about my worst job...thanks for an 'icky' prompt!
I got skunked this week but not embarrassingly so.
Thanks for reading,

My very first Sunday Scribble... and it inspired me to resurrect my poor foul neglected blog.
So, thanks!
I'm live blogging the Super Bowl... sure to see a foul or two, even if it's just the extreme party foul I'm committing by being on my laptop all afternoon.
Another case where the prompt fit my entry after the fact!

Oh man, the ponderings that this started...this was the one that I could stomach writing...
My first. A bit of a struggle - but as you say "anything to get your pen moving". And so it did. Finally.
Here it is.
yep, foul is a negative word, but there's always something to learn, even from a negative thing.
Joining in on the Sunday Scribblings for the first time today. I'm SO impressed by the posts I've read so far! Thanks for the inspiration. ;o)
Sorry, but mine really is gross.

This sounds SO interesting, I wish I'd come across it sooner. I need some external prompting to write anything, so I'm all for it. Way to go!
another great prompt...
