Who would've thought that a tragic event would lead me in such an odd direction with this poem? Thanks for this prompt, which allowed me to vent my feelings.
I'm such an idiot. I had this posted for hours and couldn't figure out why not one soul had come to read it until I realized I'd never posted the link! Sheesh...
How did Bob Eubanks get in a blog post title about fridge space? Writing is funny like that.http://www.looseleafnotes.com/notes/2008/02/the_bob_eubanks_guilt_trip.html
I've been away from Sunday Scribblings for a LONG time, and for my first week back I get a topic like FRIDGE SPACE?! But oddly enough I think I pulled it off.
Fridge Space, Myspace, Facebook: tada tada tada. Just anthropological diaries of a time segment of mankind. Our legacy to the future? Oh well, thanks for giving us the space to deposit our words. rel
I have posted my very first entry for Sunday Scribblings. I hope you enjoy it. http://cricket51.wordpress.com/2008/02/10/sunday-scribblings-fridge-space/
I was going to go one way and ended up somewhere completely different. I love when my writing takes me by the hand and leads me to unexpected pastures.
Every Saturday (or thereabouts!) we'll post a writing prompt. (No, not on Sunday because then you can post your writing on Sunday!)
You create a piece of writing inspired by that writing prompt.
You post your writing on your blog and leave a comment here to let us know you have participated. (Please try to leave us the perma-link to the actual post if you can!)
We'll publish the links here for people to follow and read!
Need some suggestions?
You could try: a piece of timed writing, a poem, a story, a song, a piece of prose, a list - anything to get your pen moving!

A couple of anacronisms here. I never was hot on dates. But I'm sure, you'll forgive me them. Enjoy!
I have no idea what to do with this one, so I opted for something a little strange instead.
Fridge space
I think it's rather funny and strange.
believe it or not....it fit right in with the post I had written for today! It's a contest too, so come and check it out.
cheers.

I liked this one...
This was fun! Well,I enjoyed it anyway!
Ok. I took a stab at it. It was so strange I had to try anyway.
Ok. I think I fixed my link problem. Hope so anyway.
Nice prompt! It brought back memories...
thanks for another fun prompt. :)
Now there's a challenge. A short story, I think, today.
Excellent prompt - I was on a roll ... Thanks Gals ;)

This is my first contribution to SS, but I loved this prompt! It gave me a chance to show off my menu for the week :-)
Love in the fridge for Valentines Day.
Have a great weekend.
Yay, my first contribution! :) Be kind to me, readers who venture by my blog.
I'm such an idiot. I had this posted for hours and couldn't figure out why not one soul had come to read it until I realized I'd never posted the link! Sheesh...
At last I can share the frustration and mystery I have with my fridge space. :)
What a prompt! :) I love the strange ones - they inspire people to go in so many fascinating directions.
Another weird and wonderful prompt!
My fridge is full;
There's no more space.
The odor, full,
A true disgrace.
The rest is on my blog . . .
Talk about an interesting inspiration! I enjoyed it. I hope you all do too.
You may click on my name above, or

Wow, I'm really early this week!! It's still just Friday!!

Hi, this my first attempt for Sunday Scribblings. Here's mine. :)

Two Sunday Scribbles in a row. I believe that makes me almost prolific.
hmmm I almost gave up on this one...

Long-time lurker, first-time poster. I love my fridge, for certain reasons...
Space ON the fridge - not much! Inside the fridge scares me too much...
This is my first post here. I have a feeling I may have done it all the wrong way.
So here is the link to the posting:

I have to admit, I was rather stumped and not feeling the prompt this week, but the main thing is to just do it, so I did. I like. It's new for me.
first time poster... looking forward to partying with you all :)
Interesting prompt ;)
a rather cold take of the Fridge Space
Too Late
:)
I almost did not try. I just did not see it... that is until I read some other posts. You SScribblers inspire me!
Thanks I am happy with this one.
This spoke to me right away - although I should probably expand it a little...
Great prompt...really made me stretch to find a fridge space off the beaten path. I hope you all enjoy it!

What a fun prompt. As usual, it took me where I didn't think I would go (the hallmark of an excellent prompt!) Peace, JP/deb

i've been away for soooo long
it's certainly good to be back :)
This was certainly a challenge. So I added a photo to spice it up.
Strange, yes, but for the disturbed writer, soooo much fun.

There's a recipe included with mine...

Interesting prompt. I tried a couple different things before going with a narrative of a typical middle of the night encounter with my fridge.
I was going to go one way and ended up somewhere completely different. I love when my writing takes me by the hand and leads me to unexpected pastures.
late but posted...
This is what gets exposure and the technique is exactly what's mandatory for what blogging is all about
this was way too much fun... from the few i viewed great response to prompt... can't wait to read more!
Quiet it Breathes
