#159 -- Language

Language. What we use to communicate. Different languages (how many do you speak?), exotic alphabets. Language can be a barrier and it can be what connects us, what elevates us above animals. We use it to tell stories, to profess love, to record events, to function in just about every conceivable way, and even to curse at each other. What do you have to say about it?

Mine is up.

I really had to stop myself from peeking at everyone else's first this time.

My first thought was to write about body language, but...yeah, I chose something else.

The world of words has always fascinated me. I love the feel of them on my tongue and the emotions that they emit. One of my favorite words in the English language is "wistful". Here is a little flash prose for you thoughts!

I decided to leave two links this week, if I may. The first one is poetical prose, the second more or less an essay. I don't like categories much.

I've missed a few weeks!

Today we have Ricky getting worried about what it means when the band members speak a language he doesn't understand. They swear it means nothing at all, but can you really trust a bunch of demons?
